Dayo Ade - Director

Dayo Ade is an actor, producer and writer originally from Toronto, ON, with over 30 years in the entertainment business. He has been acting since the 80’s, beginning his acting career playing one of the original cast members on the hit series “Degrassi Jr. High” and is currently one of the leads on CBC’s cop drama series, “Cracked”. He is currently producing a project he has written and created, in addition to several projects that are currently in development.

Jason Barker - Writer/Co-director

Is a writer/producer/director/editor that focuses on creating original material. “Jay” is a devoted family man that lives with his fiance and their daughter Trinity(8) and son Jason(6). He grew up in the North York end of Toronto called “Jungle”, which happened to be one of the roughest Ontario housing projects in the city. At the age of 36 he decided to follow his lifelong passion and dream and pursue a career in film and T.V. Jay is a resent graduate from the Film and Television program at Humber College. While at Humber he studied script writing, television and film producing, production management, directing for film, editing, cinematography and television development. Jay has started TriniJay Productions, a company that is focusing on short and feature films, as well as, developing television programs.

Shay Galor - Actress

Shay Galor began performing theatre in her teens and moved on to become a professional Salsa dancer, performer, choreographer, instructor and CEO of the largest salsa dance school in Canada. Her love of arts and performing led her to recently pursue an acting career in film and television. She has been cast in several feature and short films including Minotaur, Mother, American Drone, the lead of Susan in the hilarious short Boxed In and more as well as several commercials including the lead hero in four Tylenol commercials and Cineplex. Print ad experience includes campaigns such as Rogers and Kraft. She will be filming an exciting role in the feature film The Haunt this fall.

Clinton Hosannah - Executive Producer

Clinton Hosannah is a journalist at City News a major news show broadcasting in Toronto and across the GTA. Producing film and original content is what drives Clinton. These projects allow him to escape from the factual black and white world of news and submerse himself in his imagination. Boxed in is the first film Clinton has been the executive producer; but he is currently working on 2 television projects and another short film.
